About Kinstead

Kinstead began with a simple belief: nurse practitioners deserve the freedom to practice the way they were trained to care, deeply, personally, and without barriers.

Our name reflects that vision. “Kin” means family, and “stead” means home or place of belonging. Together, they capture what we’re building: a place where clinicians can plant roots, grow thriving practices, and care for their communities with confidence and autonomy.

At Kinstead, we’re reimagining how independent practice should feel so that every nurse practitioner can build a home for the kind of care that changes lives.

Meet Our Team

We bring decades of frontline and operational experience, united by one mission: to rebuild healthcare into a model that works for patients, providers, and communities.

Taylor Rose

I’ve spent my entire career helping clinicians turn dreams into reality. At the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, I built and ran a multi-disciplinary clinic for patients with sickle cell disease and expanded CHOP’s pioneering cell and gene therapy efforts. I later advised the nation’s largest health systems as a McKinsey consultant and supported family-focused healthcare startups on operations and growth. A Wharton MBA and MIT graduate, I bring deep expertise in building, scaling, and sustaining healthcare practices.

Parth Chodavadia, MD

I believe the future of healthcare is in independent practices delivering patient-centered care. As a Duke-trained MD, I’ve seen firsthand, working with NPs, how impactful that care is. I’ve since created tools and programs that providers love and patients trust, building the Women’s Health Division at the Gates Foundation and helping PathAI scale diagnostic care for independents. I’m excited to use these experiences to help bridge access to care.
